Hi! My name is Cassie and anyone who knows me at all (whether it’s for five minutes or five years) knows that there is usually only one thing on my mind. FOOD! Seriously. While I’m eating breakfast I’m already scheming lunch, dinner and the next day’s breakfast. This isn’t new either. I’ve been like this for years. But what is new is that for the past 5 years I have become really conscious about not only how good the food I eat tastes, but how nutritious it is. WAIT! Before you click away from my page hear me out. I get that for years the moment you hear the words “nutritious food” your mind goes straight to tofu, alfalfa sprouts and wheat grass. It doesn’t have to be like that and that’s why I’ve started this blog. To prove to even the biggest doubters out there (yes you reading this right now) that food that is good for you is not only nutritious but ridiculously delicious too.
